DODGenie sells grey market and counterfeit items. The last item I purchased from this website (audiotechnica earphones)did not even match the posted description. Customer service acts offended when one questions the product validity. I was shorted one item on my prior order an had to submit photographic proof that more than one item could not possibly have fit in their shipping container. In my opinion, the site is a sham and the person or persons running it are dishonest. BUYER BEWARE!

DODgenie sold me a copy of Windows Vista Ultimate they claimed was retail. Three months after installing, I got a message on my screen that the copy is not geniune. I called MSFT to figure it out, and they said the "retail" copy I got is really a MSDN license that expired. DODgenie would not acknowledge, and they accused my first of stupidity (they said it was MY mistake), and then of fraud. Screw you, DODgenie. OTOH, their shipping was pretty quick.

DODGenie is an AMAZING company. I purchased the office pro 2010. The USPS lost the 1st cd, when I emailed them they without hesitation immediately shipped a new one. I got the new one within 4 days. I have had alot of problems with the product key that came with it validating and activating. I contacted microsoft, they said my product key was wrong from my computer. Within an hour after I emailed DODGenie, I had a replacement key. They have been in constant contact with me to resolve the installation issues. They have walked me through every step. Now my office pro 2010 is activated and validated and running great. They deserve a huge pat on the back and hug. Thanks Michael, you are the best!!!! I recommend this company for anything!!!!
