I had a very positive experience with LTC. I ordered a few films and one of them did seem very poor in terms of quality. I emailed them and they told me I had multiple options at that point. I chose to have them find me a better copy. They sent it as promised. It took a little while to arrive, but i was VERY HAPPY.

Casey tells us that they can get reliable responses from LTC. Not in my experience. Casey tells us that the art-work on the discs folders is good. Not in our experience. It was cheap; a folded pale paper sleeve; in the cheapest plastic folder. We did not receive all out discs. They do not reply to emails. The discs that arrived were poor backyard transfers; nothing like professional video quality. And the discs were grubby, with oily handprints. Our email to one LTC address came back "no such user". Hence who is Casey?

I have bought from them before. A+++ public domain films. I always email them before i buy though to make sure the quality is good. They make good artwork for the films too.
