I ordered a set of pens came quick awesome price

Impossible to actually use the product! I bought the 3 pack Duracell battery & Chargers, it said they product was Australian but included US and European converters. The converters are NOT part of the Duracell product they are not actually compatible, and if you try anyway they do not even support the weight of the wall charger. Does not work.
