by Grepd | Oct 26th, 2012I have previously ordered 4 shirts from Tanga.com with no problem over the past 16 months. On Sep 25 I ordered 2 x Genuine Gillette Mach3 Turbo Cartridges 12-Count for a total of 24 razors.
Total bill was $38.78.
After 10 days of no updates or package I attempted to contact "customer service" via the website. I received an error creating my ticket 5 times is a row on Firefox and Explorer. I was unable to contact customer service.
I sent a direct message to an employee on Oct 4 and received a "canned response" auto reply, which did not help me.

"We wanted to give you an update on your Gillette Mach3 order.
STATUS UPDATE
As you are probably aware, we often deal with third-party vendors to obtain our great deals. Unfortunately, a hiccup with our provider of the Mach3 blades delayed the arrival of those products a bit longer than we had been promised.
As of today, approximately half of the orders have been shipped and tracking numbers have been sent. We expect the remainder of the orders to be shipped by the end of this week, at which time customers will receive a tracking number.
PACKAGING UPDATE
To fill our commitment on these blades, our provider had to split retail packaging (you ordered bulk packaged products, but we ended up buying retail packaged products so that we could fulfill your order) so you’ll be receiving 3 packs of four blades each. Thus, when you receive your order you’ll notice that we upgraded your products from the bulk packaging to Gillette retail packaging to fill these orders for you.
