by Andi | Jan 7th, 2012I was not impressed with this company and will not be ordering from them in the future. It is true that i ordered at Christmas time. I got an email the same day I ordered saying I would be sent another email giving me tracking info in a day or two. never got that tracking info. waited two weeks. One week after Christmas I decided to call. I was told the item was shipping that day and had been bumped up to 3 day shipping. A day or two later I get a fed ex tracking number but 3 day deleivery was not the way it was shipped. As of this time on January 7th i still have not received this item and it is not scheduled to be delivered till January 11th. so not only do they have awful communication but I was also lied to about the shipping after I got upset about the item not being shipped in a timely matter. I could have ordered these shoes from any other company and would have had them in my hand a week ago.
