Inaccurate information on their website and terrible customer service. I ordered a bag from them on a Monday evening. I chose their site over others because it listed free next day shipping so I figured I would have the bag sometime that week for sure. Instead I received no notification from them after ordering. That Thursday I contacted them and learned the item was backordered but was told I "would have it in a few days." The following Tuesday, still no information and no bag. I contacted them yet again and was told that it had not been ordered (this is now a full week after I ordered the item) but that I would receive updated shipping information later that day or the next. The bag arrived more than 2 weeks after I ordered it and that was "NEXT DAY SHIPPING". I was offered no compensation and I was never contacted about the item being backordered. This is no way to run a business. TL:DR - Company repeatedly misled customer as to when item would arrive. Did not contact them about the item being placed on backorder, did nothing to remedy situation.
