This website/company is absolutely terrible!! I had read a few negative reviews of the company before ordering, but the low prices and beautiful jewelry had me convinced they were only few and far between "bad experiences." i ordered 2 separate orders on february 5th. the first order had 3 items and one "mystery item" worth $19.99. later in the same day i found something else i wanted and placed a second order for the single item. a day or so later i received emails confirming that they had both been shipped and included tracking numbers. however when i attempted to track them, usps told me they were not valid tracking numbers. a month later, on march 5th i still had not received anything, so i called their customer service. the woman on the phone was very nice and said they only needed a "confirmation of my address." i re-verified my address and was told the two separate orders would come packaged together and i should receive them in 5-7 business days. 2 weeks later i received the "2nd" order of the single item, but still nothing for the first order i placed with 4 items. another month later, in the beginning of april, i called yet again to tell them i still had not received anything. they again told me that they needed to confirm my address and that it would arrive in 5-7 business days. finally today, 4/15 i received the initial order - however, the original order included 3 items and one "mystery gift." while i received the items i did not receive any "mystery gift" which i paid $1.99 for.
the funny thing is, one of the original items was a "valentine's day gift set" that was meant to be a v-day gift, and i'm now receiving it in the middle of april. i'm a very patient person and expected to wait a while for these items, but call me crazy for thinking 2 months is a ridiculous time to wait - especially considering their return policy states items can only be returned within 30
